Analytical Thinking to Build Effective Solutions

Description
Every day we make several decisions. Often these decisions are based on personal experiences, common sense, best practices or the latest trends. More often than not, we make the right decision, but sometimes we don't. This course can help us to make effective decisions all the time.

Analytical thinking, or the ability to work systematically and logically, focuses on using evidence as the basis for decision making.

In an increasingly complex world, with an infinite amount of information and a high degree of ambiguity, thinking analytically is a critical competence for success.

This program offers techniques and tips so that you can make better quality decisions, developing your skeptical side in data analysis and making your arguments more solid.

At the end of this course you will feel confident to build and find effective solutions to problems. Specifically, you will be able to:

- Differentiate Analytical Thinking from Critical Thinking

- Define the focus of the problem and enunciate it in order to condition its analysis towards effective solutions

- Identify relevant data for analysis and ensure you are using quality sources to collect it

- Use analysis processes, identifying cause-effect relationships and avoid cognitive biases compromising the quality of analysis

- Build alternatives and decide on the most effective one
